We know that every family is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. We work diligently with our clients to help them reach the best possible outcome in their particular situation. We have assisted clients to obtain orders dealing with a variety of issues, such as child support, protection, parenting time, guardianship, and travel orders. We help with negotiating and drafting separation agreements upon marriage breakdown. We also draft marriage and co-habitation agreements to help spouses understand the law, their rights, obligations, and options, so they can make decisions that are best in their particular relationship, based on honesty and transparency.

Meet Linden Law, Meet Lucie Krajca
In the early days of the pandemic, Lucie founded Linden Law to help those struggling through the legal system and our changing world with their family law and immigration matters. Lucie recognizes that each case requires a unique approach, and she is passionate about helping clients navigate the frustrating and stressful legal landscape to reach a solution that is best in their particular case, so clients can get back to living their lives. Lucie works diligently with her clients to help them reach out-of-court solutions where possible. However, sometimes court is the best way forward or the only remaining resort. In those cases, Lucie works with her clients to achieve the best possible results in court. Lucie has appeared in both Provincial Court and Supreme Court.
Lucie is fluent in Czech, and understands Slovak and some Polish.
In her spare time, Lucie enjoys spending time with her family, unravelling a good mystery, and exploring local nature walks with Oliver, her mischievous terrier.

Fees
We offer unbundled family law legal services, and provide legal coaching for those who can only afford to hire legal counsel to assist them with a particular part of their case or specific issue, or those who wish to represent themselves but would like help with legal research, understanding the court process, or reviewing their pleadings.
